Upon confirming the availability of your desired date and time, we will promptly provide you with a secure payment link to finalize your booking. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and it is essential to note that your selected date will only be reserved upon receipt of payment. We regret to inform you that we are unable to process refunds, so we kindly request that you carefully consider your readiness before proceeding with the booking. where do you set up?

Our services extend to various locations in the Houston, Tx area (both indoor and outdoor), including local parks, venues, and the convenience of setting up at your residence or backyard. It's important to note that some venues and parks may require special permissions and permits, which may require you to book further in advance. If the park or venue necessitate a permit, you are responsible for covering any fees. Should you encounter difficulty in securing a suitable location, we are pleased to offer recommendations. In instances of inclement weather, a backup indoor location is necessary. Failure to provide an alternative indoor setting may result in the rescheduling of your picnic experience. Rescheduling due to adverse weather conditions is complimentary within a 90-day timeframe; however, beyond this period, the booking is subject to cancellation without refund.

do you provide food?

Currently, our services do not include any food or beverages. However, we offer a range of other add-ons to enhance your overall experience.

hOW mANY GUESTS CAN YOU ACCOMODATE?

We currently do sets for 2-8 people. However, if you have a special request, send us a message and we will try our best to accommodate.

What happens if it rains?

Although we make every effort to schedule events on days with optimal weather conditions, we acknowledge the unpredictability of Mother Nature. In the event that inclement weather, specifically rain or wind hindering the setup, is forecasted, we offer the flexibility to either relocate to an alternative indoor location or reschedule your booking within a 90-day period. It is important to emphasize that, unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds in cases where adverse weather results in changes to the original plans. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we prioritize the safety and enjoyment of your event.

What happens if You are late?

We extend a 15-minute grace period for your convenience should you arrive fashionably late. We recognize that our bookings are structured for a two-hour duration, and while we are accommodating, it is essential to adhere to the time frame due to the nature of our services. Your time will start and end as scheduled even if you are late, so we recommend planning ahead for any delays, parking, and Houston traffic. Unfortunately, sets cannot be left unattended and we will begin to pick up your set after the 15-minute grace period. Please be advised that guests arriving after this timeframe or experiencing a no-show scenario will not be eligible for a refund. If your event concludes earlier than anticipated, kindly inform us via message, allowing us to promptly initiate the cleanup process. Your cooperation in ensuring the smooth and timely execution of our services is appreciated.

how far in advandce do i have to book?

We highly recommend securing your booking at least two weeks in advance to secure date availability and equipment. Nevertheless, we understand that circumstances may vary, and bookings can be made up to 48 hours in advance, dependent upon open availability and equipment accessibility. In some cases we may accept a same day booking. While we strive to accommodate last-minute bookings, please be advised that same-day bookings are subject to both availability and response time.

can i add or remove guests, make changes, or purchase add ons once booked?

Following the confirmation of your booking, reducing the number of guests is not permitted due to the reserved equipment and logistical considerations. However, the option to add to your guest count or include additional add-ons is available depending upon the availability of equipment. It is important to note that last-minute additions are subject to availability and must align with our operational capacity. Aside from these additions, no changes can be made to your booking.

Can I cancel?

Once your selected date is successfully reserved, we regret to inform you that cancellations will not be eligible for a refund. This policy is in place due to the allocation of resources and reserved equipment specific to your booking. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and to accommodate such situations, we provide one complimentary reschedule within a 90-day period. To qualify for a reschedule, kindly inform us of your unavailability at least 6 hours before the designated booking time. Beyond this timeframe, any rescheduling requests will not be accepted and will result in the forfeiture of your payment. Failure to attend your scheduled booking without prior notice renders you ineligible for rescheduling and refunds.
